Ischia is an island located in the Bay of Naples, near the islands of Capri and Procida, for years an international tourist destination for its natural beauty and for its healing thermal waters. After having heard so I decided to go personally to explore riding my bike.
To get to Ischia with the vehicle as a result we have two choices, take the ferry from Naples or Pozzuoli. My choice fell on the port of Pozzuoli, for the simple reason that it is closer to Ischia and there are many more races than those who depart from the port of Naples. First stage: Forio
Being landed on Ischia in the afternoon I head to the west side of the island have yet to light up the sun and can take some pictures of Ischia . The town is more exposed to the west is the town of Forio . By extension is the second largest municipality after that of Ischia, counts with a beautiful coastline along which you will find the beaches of San Francesco, Chiaia, Cava and Citara. Once in Forio not I go on the beaches but rather in another place that intrigues me most is the "Church of the Madonna del Soccorso".
